Don't fix everything.
Fix the right things, in the right order.

In this video, learn why most stores lose sales before Black Friday even begins, and what you can do about it.

THE ORDER OF OPERATIONS

There's a right way to get your store ready for Black Friday. And there's a wrong way. Skipping ahead is exactly what leaves money on the table.

No matter how close Black Friday feels, or how long your list of "things to fix" has gotten — before you can put up a single Black Friday offer, five things need to happen.

Most eCommerce owners already know what those five things are. The problem isn't knowing, it's skipping straight to the fun part (the countdown timer, the flash sale banner) before the boring part is actually done. That's what leaves money on the table.

Here's the right order, and why it matters:

Day-1-5-Challenge-6.png

October, 05Day 1 · The Intelligence Report

Fix The Leaks

Get an honest read on where your store is actually losing sales, before you touch anything.

Day-1-5-Challenge-2.png

October, 06Day 2 · Clean Up the Operation

Simplify

Clean up the messaging, navigation, and above-the-fold clarity your offers depend on.

Day-1-5-Challenge-3.png

October, 07Day 3 · Earn Their Trust

Beautify

Strengthen the trust signals and visual credibility that make a stranger comfortable buying.

Day-1-5-Challenge-4.png

October, 08Day 4 · Prepare the Payday

Amplify

Build the actual Black Friday mechanics: offers, bundles, urgency, email capture.

Day-1-5-Challenge-5.png

October, 09Day 5 · The Sit-Downworkshop

Black Friday Ready

Leave with a written, prioritised action plan, not just a mental list of anxieties.

This is exactly what we're doing in the 5-day challenge.

THE MAKE-OR-BREAK STEP

Skip this, and nothing you add later will convert.

This is the step people rush past, because "clean up your homepage" doesn't feel as exciting as "add a Black Friday countdown timer." But it's the one that decides whether the rest of the operation even works.

Before any of the fun stuff, three unsexy things have to happen: your homepage gets cleaned up, your trust signals get stronger, and your actual sale mechanics get built. None of that feels like progress. All of it is what makes progress possible.

A confusing homepage with an urgent offer on it doesn't create urgency. It creates pressure on a broken experience, and pressure without clarity just makes people leave.

Get the foundation clear first, and everything you add after it — trust signals, bundles, urgency — actually has something solid to convert on.

Walk into Black Friday knowing your store is ready.

There's no better way to approach the largest shopping holiday in the world. Most Black Friday advice is a checklist, follow it and you'll end up polishing whatever catches your eye instead of fixing what's actually costing you sales. This isn't a checklist. It's a sequence.

Simplify to Beautify to Amplify isn't a checklist. It's a sequence. Each step earns the right to the next one: clarity before trust, trust before urgency. Skip the order, and you're just adding pressure to a store that isn't ready to hold it.

Clarity→Trust→Urgency

What You Walk Away With

Walk into Black Friday ready, not hoping. Not a webinar. Not a checklist.

01

An honest, personalised read on your store with the Homepage Scorecard, so you know exactly where you're losing sales instead of guessing.

02

Cleaned-up messaging and clarity that decides whether a visitor stays or leaves in the first five seconds.

03

Stronger trust signals that make a stranger comfortable buying from you for the first time.

04

Your Black Friday offers, bundles, and urgency in place — ready to go live instead of thrown together last minute.

05

A written, prioritised action plan — This Week, Before Black Friday, Later — so nothing gets forgotten or left vague.

Because "ready for Black Friday" isn't really the point.

What it actually means is a sold-out Black Friday instead of a January clearance sale you didn't want to run.

It's finally hiring the person you've been telling yourself you'd hire "next quarter."

It's not doing the math on rent at 2am for the fourth month running.

It's proving, to yourself and to everyone who's been quietly waiting for you to slow down, that this is a real business.

Take control before the biggest sales season of the year.

MEET YOUR HOST

Hey, I'm Anchen.

I've been building ecommerce websites for over ten years. For most of that time, I built beautiful sites — the kind that stood out in their niche and made people stop and look. And they worked, sort of. People would land on the site, read the blog, love the brand. But the sites weren't actually set up to sell. They were built to impress, not to convert.

That changed when I moved into Shopify in 2023. Shopify's whole structure is built around selling — the cart, the checkout, the signals a buyer needs to feel confident clicking "buy." Working inside that forced me to learn the strategy behind conversion, not just the design of it. That's where the framework behind the Conversion Roadmap actually came from: years of seeing the gap between a beautiful site and a selling one, then learning exactly what closes it.

I built this challenge because I kept watching capable store owners head into Black Friday guessing, when the fix usually isn't complicated. It just needs to happen in the right order.

Now it's your turn.

THE QUESTIONS

Before you sit down.

Do I need a Shopify store to join?
How much time will I need each day?
What if I can't watch live each day?
Is this actually going to apply to my store, or is it generic advice?
What happens after the 5 days?
Is it too late to fix my store before Black Friday?
